The color combination in the peacock feathers is a great example of harmonious hues. The blue and green appear right next to each other on the color wheel, which in turn make this peacock feathers very pleasant to look at.

I particularly like this photo from my Design Color Photos, because I think it is an excellent example of limited palette color usage. The picture has soft pastels of pink and cream, however, the design within the picture, the table that someone arranged for this wedding, is also fabulous.
